Bananas and yogurt are the healthiest food items to include in our diet, same in the case of yogurt and honey have more nutritional essentials. Combination of all three, yogurt, banana and honey is a well balanced diet also very very tasty. In fact, my kids prefer this in place of ice creams. That makes me happy 😊
