BASTA Order cancellation & Refund Policy
Except in the below mentioned scenarios, order cancellation and refund cannot be demanded by Customer once the order is successfully placed and payment is processed by the payment gateway.
Order cancellation and refund scenarios:
- Orders placed by Customer for delivery outside Bangalore city.
Basta doesn’t have delivery service to your location.
Orcer cancellation is informed to Basta by calling before shipment of products.
No refunds are entertained on Damaged products. Damaged products if any, will be exchanged/replaced free of cost.
Additionally, no cancelation, return/refunds are entertained in the following scenarios.
- Customer does not like the products after delivery or products doesn’t match Customer’s desired expectations.
Refusal to accept the delivery of the products.
Non availability of Customer in the confirmed address.
In case the product has undergone any tampering by the Customer.
The amounts will be refunded within 5-7 business days from the date of written confirmation of refund from Basta.
The amount will be refunded in the Customer’s mode of payment.
